User-supplied information for participation in training sessions of Cerner will be used by Cerner or its affiliates for administrative purposes in compliance with the terms of the data protection regulations of the country where the training is provided, including the UK Data Protection Act 1998. The user-supplied information is transferred from EU to Cerner in the USA in accordance with Safe Harbor framework. Cerner will not disclose your personal data to any third parties except for sponsors of your training session or your organisation to evidence invoice statements and to prove completion of your training. Cerner will keep the information supplied after the training has been completed to keep a record of the Cerner training sessions attended. Any delegate can request deletion or correction of their data in writing to uklearningservices@cerner.com.
